Content Marketing Copywriter

Enclave helps people connect all of their computers, servers, cloud instances and containers together across any infrastructure with effortless Zero Trust Network Access. This role will include the production of marketing content for technical leadership roles on the following channels

• Blog and website
• Whitepapers
• Newsletters and emails
• Social media content support

We have developed a proprietary technology in the Zero Trust Networking Access space. We define our architecture as a Zero Trust Overlay Network, currently not a common phrase in our industry. As an architecture Zero Trust Overlay Networks elegantly captures the two key elements of our value proposition - Zero Trust Network Access coupled with a network overlay architecture which radically simplifies connectivity compared to traditional VPNs and other remote access solutions.

Given the nature of our technology and market, we are looking for technical copywriters that have a track record and expertise in producing content for network infrastructure solutions. We’re looking for writers with an understanding of computer networks, who can explain complex concepts in an accessible and compact way. A good understanding of Zero Trust principles and that market would also be beneficial.

You’ll be creating content to support our efforts to build, develop and grow engagement across our channels. You can expect the content you produce to be used on our blog, newsletter, social media, and website. You will help evolve our company voice, articulate our vision, communicate our values, and build awareness within our communities and customers.

The content you produce will be primarily focused on front-of funnel lead generation and engagement, helping to generate a high-level understanding of our brand, market positioning, use-cases and features and benefits. Your audience will be technical leadership (i.e. CTO, CPO, CSO roles), engineers, architects, Devops practitioners, developers and others involved in IT security and network connectivity.

As an early-stage and remote friendly company, we’re looking for a motivated individual who can think on their feet, enjoy collaborating with highly technical teams, and are comfortable working independently.

You will

• Manage content projects from start to finish while collaborating with the rest of the Enclave go-to-market team.
• Help to evolve and maintain our brand voice while ensuring consistency.
• Write original content for our newsletter and blog, while working to the editorial calendar.
• Help co-edit content from the rest of the team for style, grammar, and consistency.
• You’ll help to distil technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Manage and maintain a continuous stream of content emphasising Enclave’s features and benefits, blending your own writing with work from the engineers, co-founders, designers, and support.
• Craft public-facing messaging and copy that will be used across all our channels.

It’s beneficial if you have

• Experience in writing copy that converts
• Experience with technical subjects and technical writing
• Experience in working with a B2B blog
• Experience with the Zero Trust / Zero Trust Network Access market

• You have a systematic content creation process and can meet deadlines
• Your content helps to increase new visitors to our website and grows social media engagement
• Your content helps to increase product registrations / signups
• Your content helps to increase organic search engine keyword rankings
